Tracey L. Kelley, RYT, has been a communications professional, manager, writer, and editor for more than 20 years, developing her skills in broadcasting, publishing, nonprofits, and marketing. She was previously the site editor for LoveToKnow Yoga and LoveToKnow Save, and a contributing writer to those and other LTK channels, as well as additional websites, magazines, and newspapers.
Certified Yoga Instructor
Tracey is a certified yoga instructor and is registered with the Yoga Alliance and the International Society of Yoga Therapists. Her primary styles are:
- Ashtanga Vinyasa
- Freestyle Hatha
- Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga
Tracey earned her 200-hour certification with James Miller Yoga, and has also taken workshops with or studied with Max Strom and Sadie Nardini, among others. A longtime yoga practitioner, she specializes in teaching people who are just starting their yoga journeys, helping each individual uncover the path specifically necessary for him or her. She also hosts classes for teens at the behavioral development center Orchard Place, and for people living with cancer at Gilda's Club.
