Kaye Kennedy

Kaye Kennedy has been a freelance writer since 2009. Her work has been published in books such as Engaging Wellness: Corporate Wellness Programs that Work and online magazines such as Corporate Wellness Magazine. Kaye has worked as a ghostwriter for doctors, lawyers, personal trainers, and photographers. Some topics she has written on include sports medicine, fitness, weight loss, and wellness in the workplace.

Health, Wellness, and Fitness

Kaye is most passionate about healthy living. She is an expert in fitness and workplace wellness. She holds her fitness certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and has taught fitness classes all over the country for 18 years. She is also a member of the IDEA World Health and Fitness Association.

After spending several years in corporate America, Kaye became passionate about creating a healthier workforce. Over the years she has worked with companies like Jamba Juice, Explore Environmental, and Consider It Done to introduce wellness strategies that help workers learn to live healthier more productive lives while reducing healthcare costs for employers. She regularly attends seminars and workshops to stay up on the latest wellness and fitness trends and often hosts lunch and learn seminars at various companies and community organizations.

Other Interests and Hobbies

Kaye is passionate about serving the community in which she lives. She is an avid volunteer for the YMCA and has recently become a coach for the Las Vegas chapter of Girls on the Run (GOTR) which helps young girls build self-esteem while training them to run 5K's. She also considers herself a weekend warrior and can often be found running 5K races, hiking, and teaching spin or Pilates classes.
