Elise Deming is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for holistic health, delicious food, and sharing her love through writing. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Elise enjoys utilizing food and nutrition to help people achieve their best personal health! She has worked as a retail dietitian for ShopRite super markets where she developed a love for community nutrition. She has experience in many areas of nutrition, including:
